My baby kept throwing its bottle and toys off the high chair. Then she would get mad. We all know this game but it can be quite bad if you are in the store and the child loses their favorite toy or you lose the babies bottle and you are two hours away from home and now have to figure out what to do.

I introduce the baby bottle and toy leash. The rubber band goes around the bottle or toy because it is flexible and has a gripping surface. A more robust band should be used if manufactured for retail purposes. The strap is nylon like used on backpack straps. The end opposite of the leash from the rubber band you have the soft Velcro that straps around something that is near the child or the child’s wrist.

This saved my baby and me many hours of discomfort and allowed for her to figure out what throwing things does and the consequences and such but also be able to solve the problem. She quickly figured out to pull back the bottle to drink more of it. Started playing catch with herself a lot like the old ball, cup, string toys were where you you try to toss the ball into the cup at the end of the sting. The ball and stick have a string connected so they don’t get parted.
