This is when you have too much to explain to the audience or conversation partner to allow them to have the same information you do to come to have the same perspectives you do. Much like it is difficult to explain calculus to someone that doesn’t know algebra yet. The foundational information just is not present enough to allow for the concepts to be accurately and effectively conveyed from the speaker to the audience or conversation partner.
